What the hell...that's idiotic!

There have been articles circulating the internet for quite some time in regard to this. There were a few counterpoints to the "this is going to kill all our art!" type arguments.

I'll look for them and post them when I find them. It's good to know both sides, yes?

Personally if it DOES pass, well. We're all doomed.
